View Wireframe/Sitemap Link and make comments

After we create the sitemap/wireframe, it would be great if we can send an external link to the client for review and approval or make comments. How i see the comments working is as follows: each section of each page already has a "regenerate, clone, trash" option, one more icon would be added for "comment" on each section of the wireframe. When we send the link to the client, the "regenerate, clone, trash" WILL NOT show, they will only have the option to comment. This would give us an excellent way for them to provide any verbiage or content changes that need to be done for that section. For approval, actually having a approved button that lets us know the client approved the sitemap and wireframe.
